We are not interested in producing a small amount of wine at the top end and the rest of mediocre quality. We wish to produce the best possible wine in each variety each year.
As of the 2008 vintage, Mason Wines will have a state of the art winery. It will include temperature and humidity control of the wine storage areas and barrel rooms. It is expected that the new winery will further improve the already high quality wines produced by Mason Wines.
The winery will initially have a production capaciy of approximately 200 tonnes, but it is anticipated that in future years, the winery will significantly increase its' production capacity.
The new winery will provde further jobs in the Glen Aplin area, further contributing to the Queensland economy. |
